Papaya juice is good for constipation

To prevent constipation fruits and their juices are very effective. Fresh juice is much better than canned juice. Amongst the fruits, the ripe papaya, apple, pear, mango, guava and plums help clear the urine and the digestive system enzymes and bile are adequately released.

Papayas are quite popular as a natural laxative. In eastern culture, papayas are easy to grow all year round and are taken with everyday meals. The papaya has more carbohydrates vitamin A, B, C and minerals. It has 50% glucose which is easily assimilated into the blood stream.

The fruit is good for many digestive disorders and is excellent for improving poor digestion. It has also been recommended as part of the treatment for cancer. Therapeutically, it can be often being combined with pineapple juice in which there is another important enzyme, bromelain.

Studies have shown that bromelain, an enzyme in pineapple and papain, an enzymes in papaya aid digestion, reduce inflammation and enhance wound healing.
