Brussels sprout juice for diabetics

Brussels sprouts are the newest members of the cabbage family, having around in Europe for only about two hundred years. Historically, Brussels sprouts juice was consumed to help the pancreas regenerate cells that produce insulin. Before insulin, this juice was one of the only treatments available.

When combined with carrot string beans and lettuce juice it tends to be more effective. Brussels sprout juice may help protect against colon and stomach cancer and estrogen related cancers such as breast uterine and endometrial cancer.
